Over the past 25 years, Emerald Pacific Yachts has steadily grown into a thriving business with the help of our knowledgeable brokers, collaborative partners, helpful staff, and enthusiastic community. Achievements like remodeling our brand new office, winning Riviera dealer of the year award in 2021, and hosting the biggest Riviera Rendezvous in North America has been rewarding, but our greatest achievement is fostering a community of avid yacht lovers and lifelong friends.

Brian Holland
Brian grew up in a boating family in Pt. Blakely Harbor on Bainbridge Island and has been boating all of his life. At an early age he was designing and building small boats that he tested in Pt. Blakely Harbor. After earning a degree in aeronautical engineering at the UW he worked for Boeing on the 747 and 737 projects. When the local market for aerospace engineers basically came to a halt after the 747 went into production he then took a job as a yacht broker with the Seattle Tollycraft dealer and has stayed in yacht sales and design ever since. He has designed and supervised building many boats for his own company Holland Yachts as well as for others. He always finds time in the summer to cruise his own boat from Puget Sound to as far as Alaska. He has now joined the team at Emerald Pacific Yachts and all of this experience enables him to find the right boat for his clients. Making them happy boaters is what counts and he especially enjoys working with new comers to the lifestyle.
