57′ Nordlund Pilothouse 1985

This Nordlund is in excellent condition!  Only 2 owners since new.  Moored on Lake Washington for the last 20 plus years.  Equipment highlights include stabilizers, bow and stern thrusters, generator and two inverters, CAT diesels, watermaker, Steelhead davit, and 13′ Boston Whaler with 40hp Yamaha.  The layout features a larger salon and galley area, raised pilothouse with settee, (2) staterooms, (2) heads, plus a work room and a laundry area/companionway.  The engine room can be accessed from the cockpit or from the master stateroom.  The interior has been tastefully updated and is very comfortable.
