Riviera Debuts New 46′ Sports Motor Yacht in Australia

A warm summer night in Australia set the stage early December for Riviera Yacht’s latest model premiere: the 46′ Sports Motor Yacht.

Emerald Pacific Yachts co-owners Randy Buckell and Brett Aggen with broker Capt. Chris Bingham were honored to experience this grand display of what could be Riviera’s finest work yet.

The 46′ Sports Motor Yacht completes the trio of the 46 foot model collection joining with the 4600 Sports Yacht Platinum and the 465 SUV. “What makes this model exciting is that it’s truly a 50′ yacht tip to tip that can appeal to buyers of all levels at a more accessible price point.” commented Brett.

The team spent four days exploring the newly expanded and renovated ship yard. “Their ship yard is impressive,” noted Captain Chris Bingham. “There were a number of upgrades since our last trip over to the facilities and their private marina, which was full of new yachts getting ready to be shipped. A great sight to see from the new 4600 Sport Yacht all the way up to the new 78’ Motor Yacht,” Randy noted.

This 46′ Sports Motor Yacht boasts the best of Riviera design, features, and build.  The generous swim platform with retractable swim ladder leads to a large alfresco deck area creating 30% additional entertaining space to the saloon when opened. To add to the multipurpose functionality of this space, the fully air-conditioned starboard lounge can quickly and easily be converted to a day bed with glass panels on either side for privacy.

Riviera’s masterful design comes into play again below deck where they cleverly planned 3 generous staterooms, 2 heads with showers, ample storage space, and a washer dryer into this 50′ length overall yacht. This yacht can accommodate six guests comfortably making it the perfect size for family and friends to take off up the Sunshine Coast. View the interior photos below to see for yourself!
