About the Lake Union Boats Afloat Show
The South Lake Union Boats Afloat show is presented by the Northwest Yacht Brokers Association (NYBA) and recognized as the largest floating boat show on the West Coast.
NYBA produces two leading boat shows during the year; one in September and one in January. Worth noting, proceeds from NYBA-produced boat shows go back to the boating industry in Washington through NYBA programs. Whether exhibiting or attending, your support of these shows helps make boating better in Washington.
Seattle’s floating boat show dates back to 1978 and brings together a world-class fleet of power and sailing yachts. The fleet is presented by yacht brokers and dealers in the Northwestern U.S. and Western Canada with a wide assortment of marine products and services to help first-time and veteran boaters enjoy the water. Since 2005, the show has gained in popularity among boaters across the U.S. and Canada with attendance increasing by 40 percent.
